Our Wines

Nobska Red Our Cabernet blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. This produces a full bodied red wine which we age in oak barrels for 12-18 months before bottling. It has deliciously complex flavors and a rich bouquet. This Cabernet has subtle hints of black currants, raspberries and cherries and a smooth soft finish.

Nobska White Our delicious Blanc de Blanc blend of Seyval and Vidal grapes has delicious tropical fruit highlights and a delicate citrus flavor and honey aroma. A perfect accompaniment to your favorite seafood dish.

Nobska Cranberry Blush Our luscious Seyval grape white wine with a splash of Cape Cod Cranberry Juice. Cranberries enhance the smooth and fruity character of the wine and provide a beautiful and unique rosy glow and a marvelous lingering cranberry finish.

Regatta Our uniquely wonderful new dessert wine; Seyval with a splash of Concord and peaches. Delicious and fruity, perfect with fresh fruit and sorbet desserts.

Merlot/Cabernet Franc We leave these grapes hanging on the vines as long as possible, which gives them soft and delectable red wine flavor notes of cherry and blueberry and a fabulously fruity bouquet. This blend has been delicately aged in oak barrels to give just of hint of complexity while retaining the strong deliciously fruity character of the grapes.

Pinot Grigio Our Pinot grapes become golden ripe giving this wine elegant gold reflections and supple character. The flavor includes delicate notes of pear, and pineapple with a fresh citrus finish. This special wine we fermented at cool temperatures to retain the enticing floral and fruit in the bouquet.

Cranberry Chardonnay A delicious blend of Chardonnay and a touch of cranberry makes this wine the perfect reminder of Cape Cod during the fall cranberry harvest. Excellent with turkey and chicken.
