Inspired by the charm of an Italian summer and Chef Jenny Ross, of Sea State Foods, the evening begins with a signature welcome cocktail and an abundant aperitivo grazing experience featuring fresh seafood, artisan cheeses, seasonal produce, and house-crafted bites. Sip, mingle, and enjoy the beauty of the winery before taking your seat.
Guests will then gather at our beautifully styled communal farm tables for a chef-curated dinner celebrating the best flavors of the season. Enjoy a fresh local greens salad, followed by halibut with grilled tomato, caper, and basil gremolata, served with family-style roasted potatoes and Jimmy Nardello peppers. The evening concludes with a stunning Tiramisu Table, inviting guests to indulge in a classic Italian dessert served in a fun, communal fashion.
